1. Introduction
Technology Navigators ("we," "us," or "our") operates technav.co. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and who processes it on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

2. Information We Collect

• Information you give us. If you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your company name and phone number if you choose to provide them. If you book a call, our scheduling tool collects your name, email address, and the time you select, along with anything you add to the booking notes.
• Assistant conversations. If we have enabled the site assistant and you use it, the messages you type are sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information into it.
• Usage data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and time of request. We use this to keep the site running securely and to understand general traffic patterns. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not use analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you give us to:

• Respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
• Schedule and hold meetings you request.
• Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.

We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list because you submitted the contact form.

4. Service Providers
We use a small number of established providers to run the site. Each processes only what it needs to:

• Vercel hosts the website and records standard server logs.
• Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
• TidyCal powers call scheduling on our booking page.
• Trustindex displays our public Google reviews. It loads only when you scroll to the reviews section.
• Microsoft 365 hosts the mailbox that receives your message.
• Anthropic processes site assistant conversations, when that feature is enabled.

These providers act on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone.

5. How Long We Keep It
Contact form submissions and booking records are retained in our email and scheduling systems for as long as needed to serve you and to keep a record of our business correspondence, and are deleted when no longer required. Server logs are retained on a short rolling basis by our hosting provider.

6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and submissions are transmitted encrypted. We limit who can access enquiries to the people who need to answer them. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.

7. Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at info@technav.co and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, and we will honor valid requests under those laws.

You are never required to use the contact form. You can reach us directly by email or phone instead.

8. Cookies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party features, such as the reviews widget and the scheduling tool, may set cookies necessary for their own operation when they load.

9. Children
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review it periodically.
